Focus Cage started in the same way as every concrete scanner - with too many question and too much frustration. It was time to do some research all the while scanning and coring .
Because we started from the field, we are focused on results in the field. While other training programs originate from academics, GPR equipment manufacturers, or geophysicists, we started with the goal of mastering concrete scanning.
We couldn't reconcile the old GPR paradigm with what we were seeing on our radargrams in the field. The more we researched it, the more it became apparent that the accepted limitations of GPR could be pushed back. The development of the RadRay Simulator took us leaps forward in truly understanding GPR at a deep level. These discoveries inevitably led to the development of the RadRay Paradigm. This makes learning how to scan concrete the right way much, much easier, and faster.
